Terms and conditions:

• The referrals can only use this program once, no matter the resort they travel.
• The member will be eligible for the $250 dollar bonus when his/her referral purchases a membership of 100 nights or more only.
• If the member wants to use his reward, the next conditions must be fulfill:
1. The referral's membership must be current at the time the credit is released to the member.
2. It must pass at least 45 days of the purchase day of the referral’s membership.
• The referral program represents an extra benefit to your Golden Shores subscription contract.
• This contract has not been considered as any of the conditions of the legal contract.
• Golden Shores Referral Club can make changes in the contents, plans, rates and rewards any time without prior notice.
• The savings on nights for the member only applies to a standard room for each referral that meets the required profile.
• Up to a maximum of two referrals traveling during dates that cross or coincide at the same resort, so that the night savings apply to the member.
• To receive the benefits of this program, your referrals must be registered prior to arrival and comply with the requirements established to enter the program.
• Participation in the referral program only applies to participating hotels designated by Golden Shores.
• The rewards are NOT applied automatically, you’ll receive a certificate notifying you. It’s your responsibility to contact us to make them valid.
• If your referral decides not to attend to the mandatory 90 minutes Golden Shores informative session, it will result in changes in the reservation. The referral will pay the public rate available at the time.
• All the interpretations of terms and conditions of the programs will be at the discretion of Golden Shores.
